End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Acute Websight (“Company”) regarding the use of the QuickBooks Online integration app (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your business or personal use in connection with QuickBooks Online.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with the Company.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the App.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your license if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of [Insert Province, e.g., Ontario] and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
